We would like to ask you to include as many details as possible so that we can take appropriate action. We also would like to ask you to let us know how to contact you - so that we could get back to you and let you know how we handled the issue.
We still hope that this incident was one of very few and that in general, you will remember Rusty Days as a positive and inclusive event.
